Refund Policy

Overview

Thank you for shopping at Craftylity.com. Our products are primarily digital downloads (templates, patterns, PDFs, and printables) delivered instantly after purchase.

Because digital products can be accessed immediately, all digital sales are final and non-refundable, except in the limited cases listed below.


Digital Products (Templates / Patterns / PDFs)

Due to the nature of digital items, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a file has been downloaded or accessed.

This policy helps protect our original work from being copied or redistributed after purchase.


Exceptions (When We Will Help)

We will offer a refund or replacement if:

  1. You were charged twice for the same order

  2. You purchased the same product twice by mistake (we may refund one copy or offer store credit)

  3. The file is corrupted or cannot be opened, and we are unable to provide a working replacement

  4. You received the wrong file due to a technical error on our side

In most cases, we will first try to:

  • Send you the correct file, or

  • Provide a working replacement download


Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Lack of crafting experience or not liking the final result

  • Not reading the product description before buying

  • Printing issues related to your printer, settings, paper, or ink

  • Device/software incompatibility on your side (example: not having a PDF reader)

  • Accidental file deletion after download (we’ll still try to help you access it again)


Before You Purchase (Important)

To avoid issues, please make sure:

  • You can open PDF files on your device

  • Your printer can print at 100% / actual size (if size matters)

  • You read the “What’s included” section and preview images on the product page


How to Request Support

If you have an issue with your order, contact us within 7 days of purchase here

Please include:

  • Order number (if available)

  • Product name

  • Screenshot of the issue (if possible)

We typically respond as soon as we can and will work to resolve the issue.
